The FSWP phase noise analyzer and VCO tester combines an extremely low-noise internal source with cross-correlation technology to achieve high sensitivity in phase noise measurements. As a result, even highly stable sources (such as those used in radar applications) can be measured within seconds. Additional options like pulse signal measurement, additive phase noise characterization (including pulsed signals), and integrated signal and spectrum analysis make this analyzer a comprehensive test instrument.
